Hugo Lopez

Hugo focuses his practice on complex commercial matters and construction-related disputes. He represents clients in all aspects of the construction industry including owners, volume home builders, and general contractors. Hugo’s clients count on him for assistance with issues including design and construction defects, insurance coverage, payment and performance disputes, and other claims typical to the construction industry.

Prior to joining Slates Harwell Campbell, Hugo spent 6 years practicing law for a California-based firm representing clients in business and real estate related disputes both at the state and federal level.

Away from the office, Hugo enjoys grilling, traveling, and spending time with his wife Whitney, their dog Penny, and their cat Piper.
